Nicole Werner is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Washington University School of Medicine and a board certified clinical neuropsychologist. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University and completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Baylor College of Medicine and The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR) prior to accepting a position at Washington University School of Medicine as a clinical faculty member in 2005.
Her clinical experience and specialties include neuropsychological assessment of adults with epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, multiple sclerosis and other neurological disorders. Although she is a clinical faculty member at Washington University School of Medicine, she also collaborates with researchers investigating the neuropsychological effects of blast-related traumatic brain injury and multiple sclerosis.
