MEDICAL INSURANCE PLAN
The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis sponsors a comprehensive medical plan at a reasonable cost for coverage to the employee. Plus, employees and dependants are eligible to participate on the first day of employment!

DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN
The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis offers a comprehensive PPO plan. Dental coverage begins on the first day of employment for you and your dependants!

VISION PLAN
The Plan is eligible for all employees that enroll in the medical insurance plan. Eligibility begins on the first day of employment for you and your dependants!

BASIC LIFE INSURANCE PLAN
The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis provides Basic Term Life Insurance Benefits to full time employees. Enrollment is automatic on the first day of employment and the plan premiums are paid by The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.

OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE PLANS
Additional Life Insurance is available in generous increments for employees. The additional plans include Group Universal Life Insurance, Dependant Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment.

HEALTHCARE & DEPENDANT CARE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
The Plan allows full time employees to set money aside, tax-free, to pay eligible healthcare and dependant care expenses.

401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN
The Retirement Plan is a qualified 401(k) Plan. Employees direct the investment of their contributions and the company contributions. The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis will contribute on behalf of each eligible employee an amount equal to 3% of the employees base pay. If the employee contributes at least 2% to the plan, The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis will add another 1% in contributions.

DISABILITY INSURANCE PLANS
The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis offers both Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability benefit plans. The plans will provide partial income replacement for employees who are unable to work due to illness, pregnancy or injury.

SECTION 125 BENEFIT PLAN
The Plan gives employees the opportunity to pay the premiums for medical and dental insurance on a before-tax basis. By having before-tax deductions for the cost of these benefits, taxable income and the amount of Federal, State, and FICA taxes employees pay each pay check are reduced.

PAID TIME OFF
Our Paid Time Off Plan allows full time and designated part time employees to accrue time off to use as they see fit for vacation, holidays and sick time.
