Dr. Carr, Associate Medical Director of The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.
Dr. Carr is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and Neurology at Washington University at St. Louis. He is a board certified internist and geriatrician. Dr. Carr serves as the Clinical Director in the Division of Geriatrics and Nutritional Science. He is a clinician in the Memory and Aging project in the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center and the director of the geriatric fellowship program. Dr. Carr is actively involved in the daily operations of The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.

Barb serves as the CEO. She received her bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University and her master's degree in Health Services Management from Webster University. She brings 20 years of health care experience to The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.

Linda earned her nursing diploma from Deaconess College of Nursing and her Bachelor's Degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. With her certification in rehab nursing, she brings over 12 years of rehab experience to her role. She has served in rehabilitation management in the St. Louis area for the past 7 years.

Tracie serves as the Director of Marketing Operations and Case Management. She received her master's degree in social work from the University of Texas-Austin. She brings more than 23 years of health care and 18 years of acute rehab expertise to The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.

Mary Anne Dundon bring more than 30 years of experience in healthcare plus 10 years of experience in Quality and Risk Management. Mary Anne received her BSN from the University of Missouri, her MSN from St. Louis University and achieved the designation of CPHRM in 2004.

As the Director of Clinical Services for The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis, Clay manages the in-patient therapy operations. He received his Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St Louis. He has 10 years of expertise in the acute rehabilitation setting.

Stacie serves as the Outpatient Program Director. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology/Pre-Occupational Therapy from Culver-Stockton College and her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Washington University. Stacie brings over 5 years in outpatient therapy expertise to The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis, all of which as an employee of the facility.

Jack serves as the CFO. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri — St. Louis in Accounting and Finance. He brings more than 8 years of health care and 12 years of accounting experience to The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.

Heidi serves as Director of Human Resources for The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis. She has a bachelor's degree from Greenville College of Greenville, IL and an associate's degree from Parkland College of Champaign, IL. Heidi brings more than 11 years of Human Resource experience 10 of which have been in health care in the St. Louis region.
